How do I download my purchased apps?

Visit the Download Portal and enter the license key from your purchase email. All your apps will unlock immediately.

I lost my license key — what do I do?

Email support@proforma-suite.com with your purchase email address and order ID. We'll resend your key within 24 hours.

My app won't open or install.

Make sure your OS matches the app's requirements listed on each app's detail page. On macOS, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and allow the app if prompted. Contact support if issues persist.

How do I get app updates?

Updates are available in the Download Portal. Validate your license key to always get the latest version of apps you own.

Can I use my license on multiple computers?

Each license covers one machine by default. Need a multi-seat license? Email us and we'll sort it out.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — 14-day refund policy if the software doesn't work as described. Email us with your order details.
